My Next Arrow Terms of Use

1. Who provides the app
My Next Arrow is provided by Javier Mozzicafreddo ("I"), an individual in Argentina. Contact: contact@mynextarrow.com. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. What the app is
An app to record and analyze archery practice and competitions. The coach's suggestions and the analyses are guidance, not a replacement for a qualified coach. Archery carries risks: always follow the safety rules of your range.
3. Your account
The app works with an anonymous account; signing in with Google, Apple or email is optional. Premium works on one phone at a time, and it can move to another phone once every 30 days. If you lose your phone, write to contact@mynextarrow.com and I will release it.
4. Plans and subscriptions
- Basic is free.
- The Premium trial lasts 45 days and needs no payment or card.
- Premium is a yearly or monthly subscription sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). It renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account.
- Prices are the ones shown by the store in your country, taxes included where the store includes them.
- Apple's or Google's terms also apply to the purchase.
5. Gift codes
A gift code gives one year of Premium to the account that redeems it. It is personal and has no cash value.
6. Your data and content
Your training data is yours. In a competition, participants' names and scores are visible to anyone with its PIN. I may remove offensive names or content from competitions and suggestions.
7. What is not allowed
Altering the app or your plan to get Premium without paying, interfering with other people's use of the app, or abusing competitions (for example, entering scores for people who did not shoot).
8. Your data on your phone
Your data is stored on your phone. You are responsible for exporting it or using the cloud backup; if you delete the app without a copy, the data is lost.
9. Liability
The app is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. I work to keep it available and correct, but I cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Argentine Law 24.240 or the law of your country.
10. Changes, termination and applicable law
If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date; important changes are also announced in the app. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina; for consumers, the courts of your domicile have jurisdiction.
